Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Agency Development Manager to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing a team of agents to drive sales in life insurance and mutual fund products.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and develop a team of financial advisors/agents.

Drive business growth through sales of life insurance and mutual fund products.

Monitor agent performance and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and motivation programs.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications:
