Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.
• Schedule and organize internal and external meetings, including calendar management, conference room bookings, and meeting logistics.
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of meetings, including agenda creation, note-taking, and action tracking.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for agreement sign-offs and documentation flow.
• Maintain accurate filing systems for confidential documents and records.
• Handle day-to-day administrative support activities for senior executives.
• Liaise with vendors and service providers for travel and office coordination as needed.
• Manage and track office supplies and ensure proper functioning of administrative systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in a secretarial or Administrative role.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
