About the Role
As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team in day-to-day operations, including recruitment,
employee engagement, and HR administration. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a
career in HR, gain practical exposure, and build a strong foundation in people management
practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Help in drafting HR documents, policies, and communication.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Provide support in payroll, attendance, and compliance-related tasks (as needed).
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR team.

Requirements:
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management, or related field (pursuing or recently
completed).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
