Job Description

1. Creating & editing MS PowerPoint presentations
2. Draft, review and send email communications on behalf of company executive(s)
3. Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and taking care of meeting logistics.
4. Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the Directors.
5. Arranging for travel for Director including booking of Air Tickets, Hotel accommodation etc
6. Maintaining client database and various records and documents for company executive(s)
7. Assisting the Directors for various projects.

Qualification and Experience:
1. Graduate in any field.
2. Excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to make good decisions under
pressure.
3. Confident enough to speak over the phone and flexible to work any day of the week.
4. Excellent verbal and written English skills.
5. Good working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
6. Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
7. Experience- 6 months to 2 years

Note: Hiring a female candidate based in Mohali/Chandigarh/Tricity region.
Having experience in travel, booking international air tickets, and hotel reservations would be a plus.
