Job Title: Business Development Executive / Field Sales Executive
Location: Chandigarh
Job Type: Full-Time

Annual CTC: ₹3 Lakhs – ₹3.60 Lakhs
Incentives: Additional performance-based incentives as per company policy (Rough Estimate): ₹10,000 – ₹15,000

Key Responsibilities:
1. B2B Tie-ups & Collaborations:
Identify and onboard new business partners, vendors, or channel partners.
Build long-term collaborations with institutions, corporate clients, or agencies.

2. Lead Generation & Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and growth opportunities.
Actively generate and qualify new leads from field visits and digital channels.

3. Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions and follow-ups.
Ensure client satisfaction and address issues to build long-term partnerships.

4. Sales Growth & Targeted Strategic Development:
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies for achieving short-term and long-term sales goals.

Skills & Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and in the field
Proven experience in B2B sales or field marketing preferred
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management
Must be willing to travel locally for meetings and visits
