Job Description
We are seeking a highly-driven Recruiter with hands-on experience in bulk hiring for staffing mandates, including third-party payroll and contractual roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume sourcing, screening, coordination, and onboarding for various client industries, ensuring timely deployment and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle bulk hiring mandates across:
o IT: Support staff, tech helpdesk, junior developers, testers, etc.
o Non-IT: Sales, telecallers, customer service, back office, logistics.
o White Collar: Executives, admin, coordinators.
o Blue Collar: Delivery boys, warehouse staff, loaders, drivers, field boys.
• Work closely with external clients to understand role requirements, JD, and hiring volume.
• Source candidates through various channels: job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), field sourcing, vendor networks, local job centers, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct telephonic screenings, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview drives, walk-ins, and mass recruitment events.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding including background checks, documentation, and deployment.
• Maintain and update daily hiring trackers and share regular hiring status reports with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a strong database of candidates and sourcing partners.
• Coordinate with internal onboarding teams to ensure compliance with statutory and contractual norms.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in bulk hiring for staffing, manpower outsourcing, or RPO setups.
• Strong understanding of blue-collar and white-collar staffing dynamics, hiring strategies, and local sourcing methods.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job roles and hiring drives simultaneously.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic HRMS/ATS systems.
• Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, Punjabi, and English is essential.
