*Experience*
• 10-15 years in Pharma Ethical Sales
• 2-3 years as Area Manager in a reputed Pharma company

*Key Responsibilities*
1. Team Leadership: Lead a team of 4-6 Medical Representatives (MRs)
2. Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and expand market share
3. Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies

*Requirements*
1. Proven sales track record
2. Excellent product knowledge
3. Strong leadership and team management skills
4. Experience of working in Ludhiana, Abohar, Bathinda, Moga, Sangrur territories (for respective HQ)

*Eligibility*
1. Age: Up to 35-40 years
2. Qualifications: D. Pharma, B. Pharma or any other science graduate preferred.
2. Preferred experience in segments like:
– Physician
– General
– Derma
– Neuropsychiatry
– Ortho
