Job Title: Regional Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our team in Indore/Bhopal and Chhattisgarh locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pharma Ethical Sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven sales record of accomplishment.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead a team of 4 Area Managers and 15 Medical Sales Representatives (MSRs)
– Develop and implement sales strategies
– Provide coaching and training to team members
– Analyze sales data and market trends
– Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Requirements:
– 15-20 years of experience in Pharma Ethical Sales (Physician, Derma, Neuropsychiatry, Ortho, Pedia)
– 2-3 years as Regional Manager in a reputed Pharma company
– Excellent leadership and team management skills
– Proven sales track record and sound product knowledge
– Familiarity with entire Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh
Eligibility:
– Age: Up to 50 years
