Job Title: Business Development Manager – Digital Marketing
Location: Chandigarh (Tricity )

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (plus – Incentives)
Work Mode: On-site (Field Work)
Experience: candidates with 2+ years in business development or sales
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Language Requirements: Basic proficiency in English
Age Limit: 18 to 45years

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting our digital marketing services to businesses (B2B) and individual clients (B2C).
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients through field visits and direct interactions
Promote and explain our digital marketing solutions to B2B and B2C customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
Requirements:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training will be provided)
Ability to work in the field and meet clients in person
Prior experience in sales/business development is preferred but not mandatory
