Job Description
Responsibilities:
Process domestic and international flight bookings using GDS systems.
Issue, cancel, and reissue flight tickets according to airline fare rules.
Provide prompt customer service regarding travel enquiries, documentation, and policy details.
Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
Maintain accurate records and communicate any schedule changes.
Required qualifications and skills:
Education: 12th, postgraduate
Preferred Qualifications: IATA certification
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively
