Qualification: Civil Diploma holders preferred

Job Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented MIS & Customer Coordinator to join our team in the construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling MIS reports, customer coordination, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Coordinate with customers for queries, updates, and documentation.
Support internal teams with data and reporting requirements.
Maintain and update records related to customer interactions and project progress.
Ensure timely follow-ups and status updates to clients and management.
Assist in administrative and project documentation tasks.

Candidate Requirements:
Male candidates only.
Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
