Job Description:
We are looking for detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operators / Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records, using advanced Excel tools to organize, analyze, and report data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately in databases and systems
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information
Perform data analysis using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Prepare reports and summaries from raw data
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy
Maintain proper filing and document organization

Skills & Requirements:
Proficient in Advanced Excel, especially VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Fast and accurate typing skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic understanding of accounting or commerce principles is a plus
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
