Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues, conduct investigations, and ensure a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop and implement training programs, and support employee development.
Recruiting and Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers to attract and retain talent, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Compensation and Benefits: Provide guidance on compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
