About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to build and grow Studio Sauce’s digital presence. You’ll be the voice of our brand across platforms, creating engaging content, managing communities, and driving growth through strategy + execution.

Key Responsibilities
Develop & execute social media strategy for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Create monthly content calendars (posts, reels, stories, campaigns).
Collaborate with the design & video team for high-quality creatives.
Write catchy captions, hashtags, and hooks.
Manage community engagement (DMs, comments, responses).
Track, analyze & report social media insights, KPIs, and growth.
Experiment with trending formats, reels, and collaborations.

Requirements
2–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management.
Strong knowledge of IG/FB/LinkedIn algorithms and analytics.
Creative mindset with eye for design, trends & storytelling.
Proficiency in tools: Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite (optional).
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
