We are seeking an experienced PHP Developer to join our team for an in-house CRM development project. The CRM will feature dedicated modules for each department, offering tailored solutions for sales, customer service, marketing, and operations. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining a scalable CRM solution that meets the evolving needs of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain CRM modules for different departments, ensuring smooth integration and seamless functionality across operations.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using PHP and Laravel (or other PHP frameworks).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs for communication between modules and third-party services.
Ensure the application’s performance, responsiveness, and security by implementing best practices in database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and back-end development.
Implement user authentication, authorization, and role-based access control systems for department-specific modules.
Conduct regular testing, debugging, and optimization of the CRM modules to ensure high performance.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance to resolve technical issues and enhance functionality as required.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in PHP, web technologies, and CRM systems to ensure our solution remains competitive and secure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a PHP Developer, with a focus on developing complex web applications.
Hands-on experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
Strong proficiency in MySQL or other relational databases.
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end technologies.
Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with CRM systems or custom-built management software.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and deploying web applications.
Familiarity with agile methodologies for project management.
Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance regulations.
