Job Title: International TeleSales Executive (UK/US Market)

Salary: 37000 monthly
Location: Noida, Sector 62
Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)
Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year in International Sales/Support (UK/US Market)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in UK/US regions.
Pitch and sell company products/services to international clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain follow-ups to ensure sales closure.
Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with team members to optimize the sales process.
Handle customer queries and objections effectively.

Required Skills:
Fluent in English (Verbal & Written)
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria:
Age Limit: Up to 30 Years.
Minimum qualification: Graduate (Preferred)
Must be comfortable working in Night Shifts (for US Market) or as per UK timings.

Compensation & Benefits:
CTC: Up to ₹37,000 per month
₹3,000 Cab Allowance
