Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Sales Executive – Real Estate to join our dynamic team in Sector-90, Noida. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. This role involves generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Maintain a database of potential and existing clients using CRM tools.
Provide accurate information about pricing, legal documentation, and project details.
Coordinate with internal departments for seamless booking and documentation.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.
1–4 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Good understanding of the real estate market in Noida/NCR.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Two-wheelers and willingness to travel locally for client meetings/site visits are preferred.
