Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Training Center Manager to lead our Mobile &
Laptop repair training institute. This individual will be responsible for managing the complete
training operations — from curriculum planning to student outcomes — ensuring high-quality
delivery and alignment with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Oversee end-to-end management of training operations for device repair programs.
● Collaborate with trainers, curriculum designers, and technical experts to update and
enhance training modules.
● Ensure all training programs align with repair protocols and the latest technology
trends.
● Manage batch scheduling, student onboarding, feedback collection, and post-training
placement support.
● Monitor and improve training effectiveness, ensuring high student satisfaction and
technical competence.
● Maintain equipment, tools, and lab infrastructure required for hands-on training.
● Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams to drive enrollment for specific
courses
● Track center performance metrics, training timelines, and operational KPIs, reporting
to senior management.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree (technical or management background preferred).
● 3+ years of experience in managing training centers or operations, preferably in
training, education, or electronics repair.
● Strong knowledge of devices (iPhones, iPads, MacBooks) and their repair ecosystem
is a big plus.
● Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
● Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital training tools is advantageous.
