Graphics and Video Editor (with Video Creation Skills)
Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics & Video Editor who is also skilled in video creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing high-quality graphics, editing videos, and producing engaging visual content for various platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing, content, and product teams to create compelling visuals that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Video Editing: Edit and enhance videos for marketing, social media, educational, and promotional purposes.
• Graphics Design: Create visually appealing graphics, thumbnails, banners, and other digital assets.
• Video Creation: Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce original video content from scratch.
• Motion Graphics: Develop animations and motion graphics for videos, social media, and digital campaigns.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.
• Social Media Content: Design and edit content optimized for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X.
• Collaboration: Work with content creators, marketers, and product teams to bring creative ideas to life.
• File Management: Organize and maintain a digital library of assets, ensuring easy accessibility.

Requirements:
• Software Proficiency: Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other video editing tools.
• Video Production Skills: Ability to shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos using cameras, smartphones, or other recording equipment.
• Creativity & Storytelling: Strong sense of storytelling, color grading, and pacing in videos.
• Experience with 2D/3D Animation is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI-based Video Tools (e.g., Runway ML, Descript, Pika Labs) is a plus.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to produce polished, professional-quality work with minimal supervision.
• Portfolio Required: A portfolio or reel showcasing previous graphic design and video editing work.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in educational, AI, or tech-based content creation is a plus.
• Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
