Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training programs:
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing team members, focusing on voice and accent, grammar, communication, and soft skills.
Assess and provide feedback:
Monitor and provide feedback on trainees’ progress, identifying areas for improvement in pronunciation, accent, and communication skills.
Coach and mentor:
Provide individual and group coaching to improve communication skills, address performance gaps, and ensure trainees meet performance targets.
Maintain training records and materials:
Keep track of training records, materials, and resources, ensuring accuracy and alignment with training needs.
Stay updated on best practices:
Continuously enhance knowledge of voice and accent training techniques and incorporate industry trends into training programs.
Work collaboratively:
Collaborate with other trainers, managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of training initiatives with business objectives.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication, including strong listening skills and the ability to articulate training concepts clearly.
Expertise in grammar and vocabulary:
Proficiency in English grammar, vocabulary, and language structures, including the ability to explain and correct errors.
Experience in voice and accent training:
Proven experience in teaching and coaching individuals on voice and accent, including techniques for pronunciation, enunciation, and accent neutralization.
Facilitation and coaching skills:
Ability to facilitate training sessions, provide coaching, and guide trainees effectively.
Interpersonal skills:
Ability to build rapport with trainees, create a positive learning environment, and motivate them to improve their skills.
Attention to detail and organization:
Strong attention to detail in assessing and providing feedback, and strong organizational skills in managing training programs and materials.
Qualifications :
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
Experience :
3-5 years of experience in voice and accent training, preferably in international BPO/KPO environments.
Training experience:
Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs, including experience with various training methodologies.
Certification :
Relevant certifications in voice and accent training, such as Train-the-Trainer (TTT), may be an asset.
Language skills:
Proficiency in English, with a good understanding of different accents and dialects.
