Career Counsellor – International Internships
Location: Remote
Timings: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (London Time)
Salary: INR 25,000-30,000 per month
Designation: AM Student Counsellor / Sr. Student Counsellor

Job Description:
Provide expert counselling services to students looking for international internship programs across various industries.
Guide students in selecting the right internship opportunities based on their academic background, skills, and career aspirations.
Assist students with the internship application process, including resume building, statement of purpose (SOP) writing, and interview preparation.
Educate students on internship program benefits, eligibility criteria, visa procedures, and cultural adaptation for global work environments.
Maintain strong relationships with international organizations, companies, and internship providers to ensure seamless student placements.
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess students’ skills, interests, and long-term career goals, recommending suitable internship programs.
Support students in preparing for global internships, including professional behavior training, cross-cultural communication, and workplace expectations.
Follow up with students throughout the internship process, providing guidance on documentation, travel arrangements, and post-internship career opportunities.
Organize workshops, webinars, and informational sessions to increase awareness about international internships and career development.
Maintain detailed records of student applications, selection status, and program progress.
Train and mentor new team members to ensure high-quality student counselling services.
Education & Experience:
Undergraduate Degree (Any Discipline).
1–3 years of experience in student counselling, international internship advisory, or career guidance.
Strong knowledge of global internship opportunities, industry-specific requirements, and career development strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide personalized guidance and support to students.
