We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. This role demands excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector.

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and digital platforms.

Meet potential clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable property options.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Coordinate and conduct site visits for prospective buyers/investors.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities and campaigns.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain a detailed record of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

1–5 years of experience in sales/business development (Real Estate experience preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good understanding of the local property market.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
