Sales Executive
A leading Jewellery Store
Location: Odisha (Showrooms)
Industry: Jewellery / Retail
Key Responsibilities
Engage with walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
Showcase product collections and provide expert guidance on jewellery designs, purity, and pricing.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Handle billing, order processing, and maintain accurate sales records.
Ensure proper stock display, counter management, and upkeep of showroom.
Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (any stream).
Experience: 0–2 years in retail sales / customer service (jewellery, lifestyle, luxury preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and local languages preferred.
Flexibility to work showroom hours, weekends, and festive seasons.

Bonus: One month’s salary (Annual @ Diwali – Minimum 6 months service required till Ganesh Chaturthi).

Work Schedule
Timings:
Female: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Male: 10:00 AM – 9:30 PM
(Breaks: 45 mins – 1.5 hrs)
Workdays: 6 days a week (rotational weekly off).
Leaves: 7 paid annual leaves + 15 leave encashment.
Probation Period: 3 months.
