Company Overview
Octane Fitness is one of India’s fastest-growing premium wellness and fitness club chains with 11+ operational gyms across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, and Zirakpur. We are expanding rapidly with new Octane Prime and Octane Elite clubs, offering 10,000–20,000 sq. ft. luxury spaces equipped with gyms, recovery zones, yoga, pilates, pickleball, spa, and our in-house wellness café (DRIP & SIP) and supplement line (FUELORA).

We are committed to delivering not just fitness, but a 360° wellness experience inspired by global leaders like Equinox and Alo Yoga. As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our core operations team.

Position: HR Executive
• Location: Tricity (Chandigarh / Mohali / Panchkula)
• Employment Type: Full-Time (On-site)
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for trainers, café staff, front desk, operations, and corporate roles.
• Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and selection process.
• Design and conduct onboarding programs for new hires to align them with Octane’s culture.

Employee Engagement & Culture
• Create and manage engagement activities to improve morale and retention.
• Build a strong, wellness-driven workplace culture aligned with Octane’s premium positioning.
• Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution professionally.

Compliance & Documentation
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and payroll data.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
• Draft and update HR policies, SOPs, and contracts in coordination with management.

Training & Performance
• Assist in designing training modules for staff (customer service, sales, wellness practices).
• Support managers in performance reviews and appraisals.
• Develop incentive programs to motivate trainers and sales staff.

Operations Support
• Coordinate with gym managers to ensure smooth manpower allocation across clubs.
• Help in scaling HR systems as Octane grows into a franchise-ready brand.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR (experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
