Job Title: Support Executive
Company: Luxelace Luxury Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Noida
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on Interview Performance)
Job Type: Full-time | 6 Days a Week

Experience:
Fresher or candidates with up to 6 months+ experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve customer queries received through Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams for smooth order tracking, returns, and refund processes.
Manage customer communications via emails, chats, and platform-based ticket systems in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up diligently on unresolved issues.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective support.
Assist in daily operational tasks and support the backend team as required.

Requirements:
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (spoken & written).
Familiarity with online shopping platforms (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, etc.) and understanding of buyer-seller interaction.
Basic experience in handling customer support dashboards and messages on e-commerce portals.
Proficient in MS Excel for basic data entry and maintaining reports.
Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-first approach.
Ability to multitask and coordinate with different teams effectively.
