Job Type: Full-Time | Rotational Shifts | 5 Days Working

Open Positions:

1. Fenwick NV – CL 12 (Entry-Level / Fresher Role)
Eligibility:
Graduate Freshers (Any Stream)
B.Tech / Undergraduates with minimum 6 months of BPO experience
Salary Details:
CTC: ₹3.30 LPA
In-hand Salary: ₹20,000/month approx.
MIV (Monthly Incentive Variable): ₹3,500
Assessment Criteria:
Versant Score 59–61: Chat + Operations Round
Versant Score 62 & above: Direct Operations Round

2. Fenwick NV – CL 11 (Experienced Role
Eligibility:
Graduates with minimum 1 year of experience (preferably in chat process)
B.Tech / Undergraduates with minimum 1 year of BPO experience
Salary Details:
CTC: Up to ₹3.89 LPA
MIV (Monthly Incentive Variable): ₹3,500
Assessment Criteria:
Versant Score 59–61: Chat + Operations Round
Versant Score 62 & above: Direct Operations Round
