Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday Fixed Off)
Languages Required: Hindi & English (Mandatory) + Any one of Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil

About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive /Inside Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven flair for sales and customer engagement. If you’re someone who loves interacting with people, managing leads, and closing deals — we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage outbound and inbound calls, chats, and emails to acquire new and existing customers, with a strong focus on driving consistent month-on-month business growth by exceeding assigned revenue targets and conversion goals.
• Leverage CRM tools, Email communication, and Excel to manage leads and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct timely follow-ups, engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer pain points, and effectively communicate our value proposition to lead negotiations and convert prospects into clients.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and customer acquisition goals.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services.
• Engage in cross-functional discussions to align customer needs with internal teams.
• Explore new product categories and customer segments with confidence and curiosity.
• Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication and support.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding Revenue and Sales targets and acquiring new logos.
• Graduate with minimum 1 -2 years of experience in B2B or B2C Inside Sales/ Tele Sales/ Business Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM tools, Excel, and email outreach.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory).
• Proficiency in any South Indian languages (Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil) is a plus.
• Ability to manage lead funnel, customer expectations, and internal coordination efficiently.
