Hiring: BPO Sales Team Leader
Location: Gurugram | Full-Time
Salary : Up to ₹30,000/month (Negotiable)
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Sales TL in a BPO
We’re looking for a driven Team Leader to manage a dynamic outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales processes, team handling, and performance management.

Responsibilities:
Manage & motivate a team of telesales agents
Monitor daily targets, conversions & call quality
Provide coaching, feedback & performance reports
Drive team KPIs & ensure process compliance
Coordinate with QA & Training teams for support

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience as a TL in BPO sales
Strong leadership & communication skills
Hands-on with Excel, dashboards & MIS
Experience in outbound voice process preferred
