Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify, generate, and qualify leads through calls, emails, networking, and digital channels
• Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand requirements and pitch tailored solutions
• Drive end-to-end B2B sales, from prospecting to negotiations and closing deals
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with regular follow-ups and timely updates
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, demos, and product walkthroughs
• Maintain CRM entries and sales reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency
• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and sales campaigns
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets consistently
• Maintain client relationships post-sale for referrals, upselling, and long-term business
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
• Represent Maitri AI at industry events and exhibitions as needed
