Job Description – Business Development Associate (BDA):

Responsibilities:

Understand educational offerings and MBA program details
Engage with potential candidates via phone to explain program benefits
Build rapport and guide students through the enrollment process
Maintain consistent follow-ups and documentation
Report daily activities and performance to the management team
Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline
Age: 18–30 years
Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi or English)
Basic computer literacy and reliable internet connection
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely (Monday to Friday, 11 AM – 8 PM)
Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
