Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will guide students in choosing the right academic path by understanding their goals, needs, and backgrounds. This position requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong desire to help others succeed.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Counsel students on academic programs and career paths aligned with their interests and qualifications.
• Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, and walk-ins, providing timely and accurate information.
• Follow up with student leads and ensure conversions through effective engagement and rapport-building.
• Understand student profiles to suggest the most suitable courses or institutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of student records and communication logs.
• Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to stay updated on course offerings, admissions, and marketing campaigns.
• Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional events as a representative of Eduplor.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Background in education or psychology preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Prior experience in academic counseling, student support, or EdTech sales is a plus.

Salary Structure:
Fresher 15 to 18 k
Experience – 1 yrs = 18 to 23k
Experience-2+ yrs= 20k to 30k
Performance-based incentives and bonuses will be provided in addition to the base salary.
