We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage the manufacturing operations of our nutraceutical products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining product quality, and leading a team to meet production targets while adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and manage all production activities to meet production targets efficiently and on time.

Quality Control: Ensure all products meet regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, FDA, FSSAI) and maintain high-quality standards.

Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancements.

Inventory Management: Oversee raw material usage, stock levels, and ensure the proper handling of materials.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in all production activities.

Reporting: Prepare and maintain production reports, analyzing data to support decision-making.
