We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management processes. The consultant will work with HR and business stakeholders to support system implementations, configurations, and enhancements across the hiring lifecycle, performance, and development processes.
Key Responsibilities
Gather business requirements and configure systems related to Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
Configure recruitment workflows, job requisitions, job postings, candidate pipelines, interview processes, and offer management.
Support performance management cycles, goal setting, appraisals, and talent review processes.
Work closely with HR teams to optimize processes around onboarding, internal mobility, succession planning, and employee development.
Assist in system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
Document functional designs, SOPs, training materials, and process workflows.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regional regulations.
Required Skills
2–4 years of relevant functional experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management modules on platforms like Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or Taleo.
Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle including job requisition creation, approvals, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
Familiarity with talent processes such as performance evaluations, competency frameworks, career planning, and learning development.
Ability to translate business needs into functional configurations and test scenarios.
Experience with reporting and dashboard tools related to recruitment and talent metrics.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
High attention to detail and effective communication for collaboration across teams.
Workday Certification is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with implementation or support of ATS and performance management modules.
Exposure to integrations with third-party recruitment platforms and job boards.
Experience in handling recruitment compliance and GDPR/local labor laws.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
