Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers with 5–9 years of experience to join our team
on an on-site, contractual basis in Bangalore. The ideal candidates should have strong hands-on
expertise in LWC components, Apex backend development, and a solid understanding of

Salesforce architecture, performance tuning, and integration patterns. Candidates should be self-
starters with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to build scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
 Hands-on experience with LWC components and understanding of Web3 standards
 Backend coding using APEX with good understanding of Apex design patterns and their
pros/cons
 Strong knowledge of integration concepts and Salesforce governor limits
 Good problem-solving ability with context building
 Proficiency in SOQL and SOSL
 Hands-on experience with Agent Force and GenAI tooling
 Understanding of Salesforce system and platform architecture
 Experience handling bulk data loads with understanding of Salesforce internal processing
 Expertise in debugging and performance tuning using both built-in and external tools

Desired Skills:
 Knowledge of MuleSoft integrations, Informatica, and other data tools
 Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud
 Experience with Flosum CICD deployment
 Experience working with packages like DocuSign, Conga Contracts, and Zuora CPQ
