Role and Responsibilities:
– Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email.
– Resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy.
– Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.

Shift Details:
For Female Candidates: Day Shift
