Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve client queries professionally & timely
• Maintain records in CRM systems
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction
• Meet performance metrics (response time, resolution rate, quality)
• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails & chats (UK clients)
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
• Willingness to work in UK rotational shifts
• 6 Months – 1 Year of experience (Customer Support/BPO preferred)
• Strong problem-solving & interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools preferred
