Hindi Language: ₹18,000 CTC

Bengali Language: ₹20,000 CTC
Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in telecalling

Job Description:
We are urgently hiring Telecalling Agents for our credit card payment reminder process. The role involves making outbound calls to customers to remind them of their credit card payment dues and assisting them with payment options. Candidates should have average communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries, and work efficiently in a team environment. Fluency in either Hindi or Bengali is mandatory. Prior experience in a similar telecalling or collections process is required.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound reminder calls for credit card payments

Update payment status and follow up with customers

Maintain call quality and compliance standards

Handle customer queries with professionalism

Work as part of a team to achieve daily targets

Skills Required:
