Job Description:

We are hiring Chat Executives to support the Tata 1mg process. The role involves handling customer queries via chat in a professional and efficient manner. Ideal candidates should have good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria:

Undergraduates with Experience: Salary up to ₹16,000/month

Graduates & Freshers: Salary up to ₹15,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries via chat in a timely and accurate manner

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers

Follow communication procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

Good typing and communication skills

Basic understanding of customer service principles

Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Prior experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
