🌐 Job Opening: International Voice Process – US Telecom (B2C Inbound)
Location: Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 3)
Shift: Night Shifts (Start Times: 8:30 PM & 9:30 PM)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week | 2 Rotational Consecutive Offs
Mode: Work from Office (WFO)

🔹 Role Summary:
Join a dynamic team handling Inbound B2C Calls (130-140/day) for a prominent US Telecom client. If you have a knack for communication, a pulse for international customer support, and thrive in the night’s rhythm—this is your stage to shine.

🔸 Role Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Voice/Semi-Voice process (Customer Support preferred)

Education: Undergraduate or Graduate

Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Phone number must be linked with Aadhar card
