vision to help customers take the healthier route by eating right, staying active, and building healthy
habits. It has grown exponentially with strong unit economics and is now looking to expand its team
across multiple roles.
About the role:
We are looking for persuasive and result-driven telecalling Sales Executives to convert leads into
successful sales. In this role, you will engage with potential customers over calls, clearly communicate
the value of our services, and guide them through the decision-making process. Your goal will be to
convert inquiries into clients, thereby increasing the company’s sales revenue.
Specifically, this role will involve:
● Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
● Clearly explain the product/service features, benefits, and pricing.
● Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
● Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, or email until closure.
● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
● Maintain accurate records of conversations and sales in CRM or tracking sheets.
● Ensure a positive customer experience from first contact to final sale.
An ideal candidate will have:
● Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and connect with customer needs.
● Fluency in both Hindi and English for effective conversation and persuasion.
● Basic computer proficiency for handling CRM, emails, and data entry.
● A growth mindset with a passion for learning, performance, and continuous improvement.
