Job Description

Euphoria Vacations LLP, a luxury travel and holiday ownership company based in Mohali, is looking for energetic and result-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The role requires connecting with prospective clients, explaining our exclusive holiday membership plans, and converting inquiries into sales.

As a Telesales Executive at Euphoria Vacations, you will be the first point of contact for potential members, showcasing our premium travel experiences and curated vacation packages. You will be responsible for building trust with customers, handling queries, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.

Explain holiday membership benefits, packages, and offers clearly and persuasively.

Manage client objections and provide suitable solutions.

Follow up with leads and ensure timely closures.

Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.

Work with the sales team to achieve individual and company revenue goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Undergraduate with strong communication skills.

Prior telesales or telemarketing experience preferred (travel industry experience is an advantage).

Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.

Good command of Hindi, English (Punjabi is an added plus).

Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
