Job Details:
Role: Team Leader – Operations
Experience Required: Up to 1 year (Customer Service / Chat Support)
Education: Undergraduate (UG) or Graduate (any discipline)
Salary: ₹28,000 per month (in-hand)
Shift Timing: Rotational shifts
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards
Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members
Identify performance gaps and suggest improvement plans
Maintain documentation of performance metrics and evaluations
Collaborate with senior management to improve overall service quality
Lead by example and manage a team of customer service agents efficiently
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Up to 1 year in customer service or chat support
Education: UG or Graduate in any stream
Skills:
Good communication skills in English
Basic understanding of BPO operations
Team handling or mentoring experience is a plus
Availability: Should be open to join immediately
