Digitech Call System Pvt Ltd is urgently hiring 50 Quality Analysts to monitor, evaluate, and improve customer service quality within our BPO operations. If you are detail-oriented with up to 1 year of experience in customer service or chat support and have strong communication skills, this is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess customer interactions (calls/chats) to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
Provide actionable feedback and coaching to customer support agents.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvement strategies.
Maintain detailed records of evaluations, coaching, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with team leaders and management to improve overall service quality.

Eligibility Criteria:
Experience: 0β1 year in BPO/Customer Service/Chat Support.
Education: Undergraduate or Graduate in any stream.
Skills Required:
Good verbal and written communication in English
Attention to detail
Analytical mindset
Ability to work in a team and handle feedback
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Shift: Rotational
Compensation: Salary: βΉ28,000 per month (In-hand)
