📍 Location: Bhopal

💬 Process: Chat Support Only (Domestic)

🕘 Shift: Rotational (Day & Night)

🚨WFO & it’s 6 days working

✅ Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer queries via chat in a timely and accurate way

2. Provide real-time assistance for order-related issues

3. Maintain customer satisfaction with effective resolution

✅ Skills Required:

1. Good verbal & written communication skills in English

2. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
