2. Deliver products to customers within the given time frame

3. Ensure the items are handled with care and delivered in good condition

4. Collect payments if required (COD – Cash on Delivery)

5. Maintain delivery logs and update delivery status in the app/system

6. Communicate politely and professionally with customers

7. Follow traffic and safety rules strictly

8. Report any issues or delays to the supervisor
