Job Role & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the retail store
Greet and assist customers with product selection
Maintain store cleanliness, stock, and display
Handle billing, cash, and inventory updates
Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with the store manager for smooth functioning
Requirements:
2 to 6 years of retail/store experience
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory handling
Pleasant personality and sales-oriented approach
