Job Description
Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to support the executive’s productivity.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients.
Attend meetings and take accurate minutes or follow-up notes.
Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
Organize travel arrangements including tickets, accommodation, and itineraries.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials.
Monitor and respond to emails or correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Maintain filing system and documentation for easy retrieval.
