Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services, fluency in English, and experience in managing relationships with international clients. The role requires an individual who can drive business growth, generate new leads, and enhance the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential international clients within the IT services sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Lead the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Present and promote IT services and solutions effectively to potential clients.
• Work closely with the delivery and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress within the CRM system.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Requirements:
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business development, specifically within the IT services industry.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage international clients effectively.
• Client Management: Proven track record of working with international clients and managing long-term relationships.
• Sales Expertise: Strong skills in lead generation, proposal writing, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Tech-Savvy: Understanding of IT services, solutions, and trends in the technology industry.
• Education: A relevant degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
