Job Description

Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
Working closely with the hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire and time to fill
Manage all communication with the candidate from the moment they apply until their documentation
Sourcing candidates from Job boards, professional network and through referrals
Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process( phone screening, video and In-person interview)
Undertaking on-boarding & exit formalities of Employees
Maintain and update personnel files and records
Perform day-to-day HR tasks of the existing employees to achieve employee satisfaction and ensure better
productivity
