Role Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and people-first Customer Relationship Executive to be the face of our brand post-sale. In this role, you’ll build trust, resolve queries, and guide clients through the real estate journey—from booking to possession—with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-booking
Ensure timely communication on project updates, payments, documentation, etc.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, legal, finance, site team) for smooth handovers
Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and resolution-oriented mindset
Maintain and update CRM systems with accuracy and detail
Plan and execute client engagement initiatives and feedback loops
Assist in collection follow-ups and documentation verification
Deliver an outstanding customer journey aligned with the brand’s service promise
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; preference for MBA or customer service certifications
1–3 years of experience in a CRM or customer-facing role (real estate preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and documentation
